Dave's girlfriend has been kidnapped by Dr. Fred and taken to his creepy mansion. It's up to a team of three teens to explore the house full of weirdos and save her!
The Famicom version of Maniac Mansion was developed in-house by Jaleco and the results were so poor, that LucasArts programmed a whole new NES port themselves for release in the US. One of the notable problems with this port is that there is no battery save; players had to write down a 104 character password to be able to continue their game.
