The previous work used secret tools to win the race, but this time we will race to collect secret tools. Moreover, secret tools cannot be collected just by winning the race. The total number of secret tools is 132. There are three modes: "Scenario mode" where you race to regain secret tools from the king of karts, "VS mode" where you can play 2P with a communication cable, and "Time attack" where you compete for 3 laps with 1P. There are courses with different designs in one world, and there are 5 worlds in that world. Flat ground course, underwater course, cloud course, ice course, etc. are available.
