The Year is 2257.
You and the straggling remnants of the United Earth forces are dug in, fighting to hold what's left of the planet against the onslaught of the brutal military factionist, Zorgeuf, and his terrorist band.

Zorgeuf has commandeered a revolutionary new power source to serve as his ultimate weapon. A force so strong, it has torn the Earth to bits, leaving only a ragged string of islands from which to combat the hailstorm of destruction raining down from Zorgeuf's satelites.
