Greetings, traveller, and welcome to Smileyville!

Do you know smileys? You may have seen their little round faces poking around one of your e-mails or instant messages. Well, Smileyville is where they all live. They like to spend their time here, lazily basking in the warm sunshine and sniffing the wildflowers.

Smileys love company. They'll often visit their friends, everyone knows friends are great company! You'll always see them strolling around Smileyville in pairs. You probably didn't know this, but smileys also like to be unique. They simply can't stand it when another smiley looks or dresses like them! Smileys can only be happy in company that looks completely different!

------------------

Smileys... they're everywhere, but for such happy folk you'd think they'd get along with each other easily. Turns out that all smileys that you see in chat programs, advertisements and other forms of media strive to be one of a kind. Naturally, being the happy-go-lucky creatures they are they are in constant need of friendship. The only problem? They really hate being paired up with anyone with similar features. Of course, this is where you come in.

As you travel through the eight neighbourhoods of Smileyville your job will be to match opposite pairs of smileys in each of the fifty houses you encounter. Sometimes the differences are easy such as a yellow and read smiley and other times the differences will be difficult such as subtle eye change.

Three different game modes are presented from the action mode which is the most basic game-play consisting of un-matching pairs, to the quest mode where you'll do pretty much the same as the action game but with few variation games. The last mode of play is the puzzle mode where your mission is to create a line a mis-matching smileys and trying to cover the entire house. Levels are cleared when the fill meter on the left is filled up or in the case of the puzzle mode when all the smileys have been accounted for.

Progressing through the levels presents challenges in the form of tougher to identify challenges and larger houses. But power-up vitamins will give special powers to the play to help them advance faster. Other bonuses such as wild-smileys will also help along in your quest.

As with all InterAction Studios games an on-line high score table is available for players from all over the world to share their high-scores.
